VOLUNTARY BENEFITS
Resources
Voluntary Accident & Injury
No one plans to have an accident. But, it can happen at any moment throughout the day, whether at work or at play. Most major medical insurance plans only pay a portion of the bills. Our policy can help pick up where other insurance leaves off and provide cash to cover the expenses. Payment is made directly to you, and you can determine how best to use these funds. Our accident coverage helps offer peace of mind when an accidental injury occurs.
Employee Contributions (Semi-Monthly 24 per year)
Voluntary Critical Illness
Critical Illness insurance provides you with a lump sum (of up to $20,000) benefit if you are diagnosed with one of the following critical conditions: Heart Attack, Major Organ Failure, End-Stage Kidney Disease, Stroke, Coronary Bypass Surgery, Invasive Cancer, Cancer in Situ or Skin Cancer. You are free to use this money to help cover any costs associated with illness or for any reason that you wish.
Critical Illness is a voluntary benefit for you and your family. Note, employee coverage must be elected in order to cover dependents. Premium deductions for this voluntary benefit occur on an after-tax basis.
Employee premiums will be automatically calculated in the Benefits portal.

- Benefit payments sent directly to you and can be used for any purpose – from covering medical copays and deductibles to paying for everyday expenses such as the mortgage, groceries, and utilities
- Ability to take the coverage with you if you change jobs or retire
