LHP/LER is pleased to offer you and your immediate family access to Guardian’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This benefit reflects our commitment to your overall well-being. By providing this support, we aim to address your emotional, physical, and social needs, both at home and at work, fostering a healthier and more balanced life for you and your loved ones.
The EAP offers access to qualified professionals who can help with a range of issues, including:
- Stress, depression, and anxiety
- Parenting Support, Child and Elder Care
- Relationship difficulties and divorce
- Anger management, grief, and loss
- Job stress and work-related conflicts
- Legal & Financial support
- And more

EAP services are governed by strict guidelines to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. Only aggregated statistical data such as the number of cases and hours of service is shared; no personal names or identifying details are ever disclosed.
You and your eligible dependents are entitled to up to (3) three face-to-face sessions per issue each calendar year for short-term counseling and coaching. Additionally, you have unlimited access to online and phone support for navigating the EAP system.
Please inform your family that this benefit is available to all household members and emphasize the program’s strict confidentiality. We encourage you to reach out to the EAP whenever you need assistance.
